This is a wrapper from a chewing gum bought in Indonesia. And apparently, it comes with some advice too.

For those non-malay speaking people, it roughly says "If you have hairy legs, don't wear shorts if not you'll be shamed." And, "You can party as long as you don't forget who you are."

Ok, i have to ask...What kind of chewing gum company is this?!
